Radiance Housing

Homes people can feel proud to rebuild from.

We provide decent temporary, emergency and move-on accommodation for people who need stability — with the care, presentation and pride we’d expect for anyone we love.

The idea

More than the bare minimum.

People do not stop needing beauty, comfort or pride just because they are in crisis. A safe, clean, well-presented home can change how someone sees tomorrow. It can give people room to breathe, reset and move forward.
For residents

Somewhere safe. Somewhere decent. Somewhere that feels like a start.

We want Radiance homes to feel cared for from day one — not perfect, not precious, but warm, practical and dignified.

Temporary accommodationFor people and families who need a safer place while the next step is worked through.
Emergency accommodationPractical homes that can respond to urgent need without losing sight of dignity.
Move-on accommodationA better bridge between crisis and independence, with stability built in.
What we bring

Property standards, complex needs and practical delivery.

Homes with pride

We bring the same care we learned from serviced accommodation into housing for people in crisis. Good furniture. Clean spaces. Thoughtful details. Homes people can hold their head up in.

People with context

We understand that housing need is rarely simple. Homelessness, care, migration, prison, disability, domestic abuse and family breakdown can overlap. The home has to be part of a wider route forward.

Partners with confidence

We sit at the intersection of property, local need and practical housing delivery — helping turn suitable homes into stable routes out of crisis.

The standard

Good homes, handled properly.

Every Radiance home is prepared to the same standard before anyone moves in - and it shows in the rooms people walk into on day one.

Our story

Built from lived experience, not distance.

Radiance is run by Carlton and Tamara, and it is personal. We have lived through homelessness and temporary accommodation ourselves - and we have spent years in property, operations and hospitality learning what a well-run home takes.

That mix is the whole point of Radiance. The full story is worth two minutes of your time.

Let’s create homes that feel like a beginning.
