If you’re a housing or support organisation with a confirmed or planned accommodation gap, we can source suitable property, agree commercial heads of terms and coordinate a solicitor-led lease. Where it fits, we can also manage accommodation for an owner or provider under a separate agreement.
We do not provide regulated care or support. Referral, eligibility, safeguarding and care decisions remain with the responsible organisation.
