What we collect
We collect the information you choose to submit through our resident, provider, partner, landlord and general enquiry forms. This can include contact details, organisation and role, property details, accommodation needs and your message.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond, assess whether there may be a suitable accommodation or property route, arrange follow-up, prevent misuse of the forms and keep a proportionate record of the conversation. Depending on the enquiry, we rely on consent, steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations and our legitimate interests in running a responsible housing business.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. Where needed to progress an enquiry, we may share relevant information with an owner, housing or support provider, local authority, professional adviser, property contractor or technology supplier. We share only what is needed and keep responsibilities clear. We will not treat a website enquiry as authority to share sensitive personal information widely.
How long we keep it
We keep information only for as long as it is useful for the enquiry, a live or potential business relationship, legal or regulatory duties, or the handling of a dispute. We review dormant records and remove or anonymise information that is no longer needed.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to stop marketing contact at any time. You may also have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict your information, object to some uses, or receive a portable copy. Use the contact form and state that your message is about privacy. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Important service boundary
Radiance Housing sources, brokers and manages accommodation. We do not provide regulated care or support, make council homelessness decisions, or guarantee accommodation through a website enquiry. If you are in immediate danger, call 999. If you are sleeping rough tonight, contact your local council homelessness team or StreetLink.
